We just unveiled the next biggest transparency tool for brands on the rewardStyle platform: the Brand Reporting Dashboard. As this innovation was intended to unlock performance data vital to influencer marketing management, we have accelerated the launch to bring it to market during this critical time for retailers. With the mass closure of storefronts across the globe, influencers have become a dominant traffic driver. By releasing this tool, we are aiming to better equip brands with data to pivot into pockets of demand driven by this digital sales force.
Our Brand Reporting Dashboard is a free, cloud-based portal available to our network of 5,000 retail partners, and allows a brand to closely monitor paid influencer spend in near real-time. At launch, the brand-facing technology will provide retailers of all sizes and categories with tools to analyze and optimize their influencer marketing strategies.
By bringing performance marketing metrics — like sales, order values, clicks, and conversation rates — to the forefront, rewardStyle is continuing to validate a retailer’s spend in the industry, proving that influence can be measured far beyond ‘likes.’ The Dashboard tracks three crucially important metrics including: Sales, Clicks, and RPI (Revenue Producing Influencers).
- Sales represent the total amount of sales driven from rewardStyle influencers before returns are taken into account.
- Clicks entail the total number of clicks driven from rewardStyle influencers
- RPI represents the number of unique influencers who have driven sales over a certain time period.
This data will be available not only in aggregate, but also split between traditional channels and LIKEtoKNOW.it, rewardStyle’s exclusive consumer app and fastest growing influencer channel. LIKEtoKNOW.it has become a more critical channel to drive growth as nearly 50% of our brand partners’ sales have been driven through LIKEtoKNOW.it channels in 2020 to date.
